Mary Keane 
Mary started her career in Corporate Communications working 8 years with Total Oil Marine plc and Merrill Lynch Investment Banking in London. She came to the Czech Republic in 1995 and has since worked in the Executive Search industry. Previous to BOII PARTNERS, she worked with two of the leading search firms on the market on middle and senior level management roles.
Andrea Chládková
Andrea’s background is in Finance. Prior to joining BOII PARTNERS, she worked 6 years for IFC, part of the World Bank Group investing in the private sector. Her role was to identify new investments, execute transactions and manage a portfolio of projects across the CEE region. She has experience in liaising with public sector, international banks, strategic investors as well as private equity funds.
